Talent Pop App is hiring a Sales and Support Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our remote team. You will handle real-time customer inquiries across chat, email, SMS and phone, helping customers find solutions and driving satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of remote sales or support experience, strong English communication, and comfort with CRM tools like Shopify, Gorgias or Zendesk. This full-time, 100% remote role offers performance-based raises and a collaborative team environment.
