Uniswap Labs – remote in the US – is seeking a Customer Support Associate, Nights & Weekends, to be the frontline for user triage and issue resolution. You will respond to inquiries via Zendesk, uphold SLAs, and help onboarding for users as part of a fast‑growing support team.
You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, translate feedback into actionable insights, and aim to turn difficult interactions into positive experiences while maintaining thorough records.
