TSB Telephone Banking is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our Swansea office. You will handle inbound calls, assist customers with their banking needs, and deliver a consistent, trusted service.
Starting in Swansea, you will work a 35-hour week across 8am–8pm, with a three-week 12pm–8pm pattern and one week 8am–4pm, then transition to a home-based setup with occasional office attendance.
