This remote role requires 3+ years of subject-matter expertise in handling consumer escalations. You’ll be the primary contact for escalated issues, ensuring effective communication with consumers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Your fluency in French will be vital in serving bilingual clients and addressing their concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve high-touch consumer complaints effectively
• Liaise with courts and provincial consumer affairs

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in investigations
• Must be fluent in French
