Sweetcarolinatravels is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative – Travel to assist clients throughout their travel journey. In this fully remote role, you will be the main contact for travelers, providing proactive and friendly support before, during, and after trips to ensure a smooth experience.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, proven customer service experience in travel or hospitality, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
