Talent Pop App is hiring a Sales Support Rep – Email & Chat who works remotely, focusing on written customer support and revenue opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
You will handle email and live chat inquiries, resolve order issues, educate customers on premium features, and contribute toward monthly expansion and retention targets. A SaaS or e-commerce background and strong English writing are required, with experience using Hub Spot/Salesforce and Zendesk/Intercom.
