Talent Pop App is expanding our corporate headquarters and seeks a German-English Speaking Customer Service Support to join our team as a direct hire. You will be the primary contact for our community, handling inquiries across voice, live chat and email channels.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years of remote customer service experience, full professional fluency in German and English, and familiarity with Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
