Elemental Insights is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading international technology company based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role offers remote work from within Portugal and relocation support for candidates currently living in Italy who are ready to move.
You will handle phone, email and chat inquiries with empathy, troubleshoot product issues, and maintain accurate customer records while delivering high-quality service. Fluency in Italian and good English are required.
