Opus Personal AG sucht in Aesch eine/n Technische/n Support-Mitarbeiter/in für Telefondienst und Bearbeitung von Servicefällen. Sie beheben Maschinenstörungen und betreuen Direktkunden in der Schweiz sowie Deutschland.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Servicetechnikern und Partnern zusammen, erstellen Angebote für Wartung, Upgrades und Ersatzteile und führen Verkaufsgespräche. Deutsch und Englisch in Wort/Schrift sind erforderlich;
Weiterbildung im Bereich Mechatronik/Elektronik ist willkommen.
