Location: Zürich
Die Migros Gruppe sucht Unterstützung im Kundendienst für Galaxus Mobile. Du bearbeitest Anfragen von Neukunden bis Kündigungen per Telefon, Live-Chat und E-Mail, klärst intern ab, behebst Portierungsprobleme und stärkst die Kundenbindung.
Gefragt sind 1–2 Jahre Mobilfunkerfahrung, Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Französisch von Vorteil, sowie Motivation, Flexibilität und eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Home Office sind möglich.
