Customer Care Specialist

Position: Customer Care Specialist Hybrid Role
Elevate customer service excellence with Allstate in Thunder Bay as a Customer Care Specialist. Engage with clients in a hybrid setting to manage inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

As a Customer Care Agent at Allstate, you'll report directly to the Agency Manager and focus on service excellence.

Your role involves answering billing questions, providing policy information, and maintaining client relationships. Flexibility is key, with a need to rotate schedules to meet agency operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries with professionalism

• Provide service and support for policy management

• Conduct policy renewals and updates with attention to detail

• Promote benefits during client reviews and inquiries

• Exceed performance metrics consistently

Requirements:

• Must hold or obtain a General Insurance License (OTL)

• More than 1 year of experience in customer service

• Strong skills in MS Office applications required

• Ability to commute to the agency and work from home

• Customer service experience preferred in a call center
