Waste Solutions Canada is seeking a Virtual Customer Care Representative to ensure outstanding service delivery for clients and vendors across the country. Leverage your expertise in customer service in this remote position.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of Customer Care experience, demonstrating exceptional communication and organizational skills. In this role, you will manage inquiries, schedule services, and maintain client records in our CRM, all while fostering positive relationships with clients. Your contribution will support our innovative approach to waste management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Schedule services based on incoming requests and vendor coordination

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM

• Handle emergency service requests with calm efficiency

• Collaborate with departments for improved service delivery

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Customer Care or a related position

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

• Ability to deliver client-focused problem-solving

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
