We invite dedicated individuals to join our Patient Care Center where you will be the first point of contact for patients. This remote role requires you to respond to inquiries, manage communications, and assist with appointment scheduling while maintaining high standards of patient care. Your bilingual abilities will help guide diverse patients through their vision correction paths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage patients through inbound and outbound calls

• Provide personalized assistance for scheduling consultations

• Document patient interactions and maintain records

• Ensure clarity in procedures and next steps

• Meet performance indicators for quality and engagement

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and minimum 6 months customer service experience

• Fluency in English and French;
Spanish is an asset

• Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently

• Adept in using various computer systems

• Must attend remote training starting August 3, 2026
