Talent Pop sucht eine/n Deutsch-Englisch Customer Support Specialist (m/w/d) mit vollständiger Remote-Arbeit. Als freundliche Ansprechperson beantwortest du Fragen, löst Probleme und sorgst für ein positives Kundenerlebnis.
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, bringst idealerweise mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung im Kundenservice mit und kennst gängige Tools wie Gorgias, Zendesk oder Shopify. Werde Teil eines internationalen Teams und gestalte unsere Prozesse aktiv mit.
