Your Housing Group is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for a homebased role covering the North West. You will join a busy contact centre, handling tenant queries by phone and email, delivering first line support and aiming for first call resolution.
Training is conducted at Birchwood Head Office for 4–5 weeks before transitioning to the homebased pattern. You’ll work 35 hours per week on a Monday–Friday rota, with occasional bank holidays.
