Nationwide is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to support customers by phone regarding mortgage applications and servicing. The role is a 12-month temporary to permanent contract with hybrid work at the Nationwide Office in Bournemouth.
Training is provided, with a mix of on-site and remote work after the initial period. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle complex queries.
