Stonewater is seeking a Resolution Advisor to be the first point of contact for customer complaints, setting the tone with empathy and professionalism and helping resolve issues early.
You will log and maintain records, gather evidence for investigations, work with the Resolution Team to monitor actions, and apply our Complaint Handling Code to ensure fair outcomes while collaborating across teams to resolve issues.
