Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Customer Service & Technical Support Team Lead based in the Netherlands. This fully remote role targets an experienced leader with strong telecom tech knowledge to guide remote teams, improve service quality, and resolve complex customer issues.
You will manage performance, coach staff, and ensure excellent experiences across wireless services while coordinating with global clients and evolving support operations.
