As Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner for clients while shaping their success journey.

Your role involves building relationships, driving renewals, and identifying growth opportunities. You’ll also analyze performance metrics to ensure clients achieve desired outcomes with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships

• Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities

• Analyze customer health metrics to propel engagement

• Collaborate across teams for effective implementations

• Address and resolve client concerns quickly

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in Customer Success or B2B SaaS

• Knowledge of regulated environments, especially at SMB level

• Proven commercial skills and stakeholder trust-building

• Clear communication of complex workflows

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
