Bucks Skills Hub in the UK is seeking a Customer Services Agent to join our fast-paced Operations team in Marlow. You will handle customer queries by phone and email, manage orders, returns, and delivery updates, and log all actions in our CRM.
The role offers an on-site office with parking and a non-contractual work-from-home option after the first three months. You will work with Sales, Logistics and After-Sales to improve customer service processes.
