Pub Nub is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own programs that help customers adopt more of our platform, realize value, expand usage, and stay engaged.
You’ll lead initiatives focused on customer health, retention, expansion, and re-engagement, collaborating with Customer Success, Account Managers, and our GTME team. Success means improving Net Revenue Retention and reducing churn across existing customers.
