Customer Service Specialist

My client is looking for a full time and permanent Customer Support/Service Specialist, to join their dedicated and hard working Customer Service Team based at their Manufacturing facility in Middleton. They are looking for someone with good attention to detail, enjoys working in fast paced environments and likes to be part of a successful team. This role is a permanent position and can offer you some sustainability, away from temporary customer service roles.

Hybrid working is offered after the training period, with 2 days working from home and 3 days working in the office.

Duties and Areas of Responsibilities:

• Maintains and updates general customer data and pricing in the operating system.
• Manages and enters orders daily.
• Resolves any customer problems or complaints in a timely manner.
• Provide quotations to customers.
• Handles freight quotes.
• Handles daily invoicing.
• Manages intercompany orders (communication with sister companies about orders).
• Works closely together with Production, Sales, Accounting and Shipping departments.
