Customer Success Manager

Position: Customer Success Manager Hybrid Role
Transform customer success at Bell Canada as a Customer Success Manager based in Toronto. Manage enterprise accounts and drive value through Cisco software in a hybrid work setup.

In this role with Bell's Customer Experience Team, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring they achieve key business outcomes through effective software utilization. Your focus on data-driven insights will help clients navigate the lifecycle of Cisco products, from onboarding to renewal support. Engage with internal teams to drive customer advocacy and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead account management and client engagement strategies

• Define and implement Customer Success Plans with clients

• Conduct quarterly reviews, presenting data-driven insights

• Streamline onboarding processes for effective transitions

• Track account health and proactively resolve issues

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in customer success or technical sales

• Comprehensive understanding of Cisco’s ecosystem

• Active Cisco Certified Customer Success Manager preferred

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Proficiency in both English and French is a plus
