• Record all customer enquiries using in‑house systems.
• Handle inbound and outbound communication, including booking surveys via calls, emails, and web chats.
• Coordinate with customers and operations to schedule property surveys at convenient times.
• Explain the survey process, the service benefits, and collect survey fees at the time of booking.
• Achieve individual and team targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
• Provide excellent service, exceeding customer expectations on every call.
• Communicate effectively with customers, field teams and other departments to resolve queries.

• Experience in a fast‑paced call centre or customer‑service environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales/customer service/lead generation/appointment setting with upselling as a KPI.
• Minimum 1 year of experience analysing performance trends, conducting coaching sessions, and supporting leadership to meet department targets.
• Proven ability to improve under‑performing agents to meet standard KPIs using various coaching methods.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Motivated, target‑driven, and able to consistently achieve goals.
• Experience dealing with people over the telephone.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Computer literate with a good typing speed and comfortable using multiple systems.
• Confidence in leading conversations and guiding prospects into scheduling surveys.
• Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of contact centre senior experience.

• Hybrid working arrangement.
