Blue Arrow is seeking Japanese-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join its Data Breach Response team on a temporary basis. Based in Canary Wharf London with hybrid/remote potential, you'll handle inbound inquiries in Japanese and English, guiding customers through privacy and security information with empathy and clarity.
Shift patterns include day and night slots; training will be provided, and there is a transition to remote working after onboarding.
