Quest Gates is recruiting two Concierge for its QG Validations team in Bolton. The roles are hybrid, based at our Bolton office, and involve supporting Claims Handlers, Investigators, and managers to proactively manage claims to conclusion.
You will be a primary contact for client queries, escalating and owning issues until resolution, while upholding client SLAs and KPIs. These positions offer a contributory pension and a performance bonus, with a 35‑hour standard week and home/office
