We are seeking a detail-oriented, remote Customer Support Specialist to join our client-facing operations team. This role functions as the primary link between agricultural producers, regional field representatives, and our technical department. You will process incoming customer requests, manage agronomic and water sample documentation, coordinate product deliveries, and troubleshoot order or service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound grower and partner inquiries via email, phone, and helpdesk platform within defined service windows.
- Coordinate between agricultural clients and logistics teams to arrange deliveries of water treatment products and equipment components.
- Review, route, and log inbound soil and water laboratory analysis documents into our customer database.
- Provide sales administrative support by processing service inquiries, updating prices, and tracking quotes for regional field reps.
- Document and escalate complex client support requests or technical feedback regarding carbonic acid injection systems to our engineering or consulting teams.
Position Requirements
High School,
1+ Years
work experience Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within the agricultural, logistics, or industrial supply sector.
- High school diploma required; a background or interest in agronomy, horticulture, or earth sciences is highly preferred.
- Proven proficiency using modern customer ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and database management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to farm managers and field agents.
- Dedicated, private home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download speed).
- Must reside in the United States and be available to maintain operational hours matching Pacific Standard Time (PST).
