Alt Score is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion, across Lat Am. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Sales and Finance to deliver value and drive trusted relationships with key partners.
You will use metrics like churn, adoption, and NDR to guide actions in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Travel to Latin America will be required occasionally.
