Onward Homes is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist (Rent Support Specialist) to join the Customer Account & Money Advice team on a 10-month maternity cover. This hybrid role combines home-based work with one day per week in the S4B Office and occasional travel to other locations for meetings.
You will manage arrears cases, support tenancy sign-ups, and provide welfare benefit information while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to team KPIs.
