Service Call Planner

The company is a major name within the manufacture of commercial and industrial dishwasher and glass washers as well we chemical dosing equipment. They are a worldwide company with some very well known chain and independent clients to their book. They like to hold onto their engineers for a long time and the way they do this is by looking after their engineers and giving them such great training....

no secret magic tricks... looking after them and making them feel valued.

They are recruiting for a Service Call Planner, you will be:

• Based from their Milton Keynes office initially and then after probation period you have the option to work 2 days a week at home remotely – all equipment supplied
• Working 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
• Allocating 15-20 engineers to service or install jobs in various locations in London
• Planning out install jobs for labour to make sure the job sheet is able to be started
• Helping engineers maintain their first time rates
• Updating the client until the job is finished and paperwork completed

Preferred Skills for a Service Call Planner

• Living within travelling distance to their Milton Keynes office
• Good computer skills, admin skills, and customer skills would be needed
• Good London geographical knowledge would be great
