Stockport Homes Group is seeking a Customer Services Officer to join our Customer Experience Hub. You will be the first point of contact, handling high volumes of calls and digital enquiries, providing advice on housing services and resolving queries at first contact where possible.
You’ll work in a hybrid environment after probation, delivering an empathetic service to vulnerable customers and working under pressure to maintain quality standards and strong customer satisfaction.
