  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and Live Chat.
  • Qualifying customer enquiries by understanding their requirements.
  • Preparing accurate quotations for new and existing customers.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating our CRM system.
  • Coordinating appointments for Area Sales Managers.
  • Managing post-order administration, including product queries and delivery updates.
  • Supporting customers with after‑sales enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Working closely with teams across the business to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Developing your knowledge of our products, customers and commercial processes through ongoing training.
What success looks like

You’ll become a trusted member of the team by providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate administration and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues while continuously developing your commercial skills.

We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Ideally you’ll have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications or another relevant subject is advantageous, or relevant transferable experience gained through work, internships or placements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A positive, team‑focused attitude.
  • Previous customer service or office experience (including part‑time work, placements or internships) is beneficial but not essential.

Full training will be provided, so we’re looking for potential rather than extensive experience.
