Onapsis Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to drive onboarding, monitor customer health, and ensure renewals.
You will map customer needs to product features to create stickiness and act as a primary contact for regular business reviews. In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Partners to identify expansion opportunities, manage renewal quotes, and drive customer value in a remote capacity across Germany and additional EU markets.
