BARRETTS RECRUITMENT/WORKHOUSE seeks a multilingual customer relations agent to assist airline passengers in Italian and English. You will work from home in South Africa, handling calls and queries on reservations systems with a focus on KPIs and high service levels.
Training is fully paid and a fixed 40-hour week with European hours is expected. Candidates must be legally allowed to work in South Africa and speak fluent Italian.
