AAH Pharmaceuticals is seeking a customer service advisor to handle inbound calls and live chat support, with proactive outbound work. You’ll resolve queries, process orders, and triage to the right teams or branches, aiming to meet KPI targets and deliver a great customer experience.
You will also assist with ad hoc admin tasks, log issues and work collaboratively in a busy field network across branches and hospitals. Strong communication and problem solving are essential.
