Talent Pop App is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) to provide voice and chat support. You will assist customers across inbound calls, chat, and email with friendly, accurate responses.
You’ll troubleshoot issues, personalize interactions, and collaborate with your team to enhance the customer experience. Familiarity with Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar tools and remote work readiness are a plus.
