Ockto is op zoek naar een Customer Success Manager die klantimplementaties technisch en operationeel beheerst en klanten helpt het platform schaalbaar en duurzaam te gebruiken. Je werkt als verbindende schakel tussen klant, Sales, Product, Engineering, Reliability en Support.
Je begeleidt API’s, integraties en gegevensstromen, bewaakt voortgang en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete, herbruikbare oplossingen.
