Based in Montreal, Urban Barn is seeking a Full-Time representative to handle customer inquiries, assist with product information, and process exchanges and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and Live Chat inquiries

• Assist customers in making informed product decisions

• Work with delivery partners to guarantee service quality

• Support customers post-sale by correcting order errors

Requirements:

• Proficient in both French and English communication

• At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience

• Commitment to a flexible work schedule

• Excellent detail orientation and multi-tasking ability

• Strong tech skills, especially MS Office proficiency
