Position: Client Service Manager - Hybrid Role
Join our Toronto team as a Client Service Manager, where you’ll enhance client relationships and deliver outstanding service in a hybrid work environment. Manage inquiries, coordinate with teams, and streamline operations to ensure client satisfaction.

As Client Service Manager, you will be directly responsible for fostering strong client connections and addressing their needs efficiently. This role encompasses operational coordination, client stewardship, and marketing support, ensuring all deliverables maintain clarity and quality. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring timely and accurate servicing across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain trust-based client relationships

• Handle client inquiries swiftly and accurately

• Manage documentation and service compliance

• Assist in client onboarding and communication efforts

• Guide Client Service Representatives in their roles

Requirements:

• University degree or DEC in Insurance or Finance

• RIBO License required

• 7–10+ years in related fields

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
