Position: Customer Service Specialist Hybrid Role
Univar Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Guelph, ON, to enhance customer relations and streamline order processing in a hybrid work environment.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will report to the Assistant Customer Service Manager and be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise in problem resolution and effective communication will allow you to build lasting partnerships with clients. A successful candidate is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Handle order processing and customer inquiries

Requirements:

• University degree or College diploma with customer service training

• Two years of experience in a customer-facing role

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
