Filestage is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Americas) to join a fully remote team. You will manage the complete customer journey, from onboarding to renewals, acting as a trusted advisor across cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
Fluent in English, with Spanish language skills considered an advantage. You will build customized success plans, monitor health metrics, and drive product adoption while identifying expansion opportunities from a global customer base.
