Coople UK is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to serve the German-speaking market in Switzerland, working remotely in the UK. The role focuses on delivering high-level support to workers and clients, with occasional travel to Zürich.
The position is a fixed-term contract until 12 January 2027, with the possibility of extension. Start date is as soon as possible. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and feed back insights to Product and Marketing teams.
