As a vital part of BMO's Customer Shared Services team, you will oversee sensitive accounts, adhering to Canadian Privacy and Collection laws. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring both risk reduction and customer loyalty.
