Vision Group Holding AG in der Schweiz sucht eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in Kundendienst, um Kunden kompetent bei Produktanliegen zu unterstützen.
Du erledigst administrative Aufgaben, pflegst Stammdaten und die Kundenhistorie im CRM und arbeitest Montag bis Freitag mit flexiblen Home-Office-Möglichkeiten. Wir suchen eine qualifizierte Person mit CRM-Erfahrung, Zahlenaffinität und ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung.
