Homeflow is a fully remote SaaS business in the property market, seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our Client Services Division to manage tickets through Fresh Desk and resolve issues in our bespoke CMS.
You will maintain customers' websites using the Homeflow platform, so CSS & HTML knowledge is required. Experience with Word Press, Wix or Squarespace is a bonus, and you will thrive in a remote, detail-oriented environment.
