RMV Solutions is recruiting 33 fluent German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Representatives for a fully remote South African operation. You will handle orders, deliveries, payments, refunds and product information via phone and email, delivering professional support to German-speaking customers.
The role combines customer service, care, problem-solving and soft-sales responsibilities in a fast-paced contact centre environment. Training will be provided.
