About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to support our Europe region customers. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong order management expertise, ERP system knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.

Woodlands, Singapore
Salary: $5,000 - $6,000 per month
Working Hours:

2:15 PM - 11:15 PM (3:15 PM - 12:15 AM during Daylight Saving Time)
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (Work-from-Home available; required to attend office for meetings and can continue work remotely thereafter)

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Order Management processes and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support testing sign-off.
Investigate and resolve issues raised by Account Management, customers, and internal teams.
Ensure customer Purchase Orders (POs) are accurately entered into the Order Management system with approved pricing within 24 hours.
Monitor order backlog to ensure all orders remain shippable and free from Order Management-related holds.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams to resolve issues preventing order fulfilment.
Ensure Just-in-Time (JIT) hub customer product withdrawals are invoiced promptly.
Provide timely and accurate updates on order status, shipment schedules, and backlog enquiries.
Troubleshoot operational issues independently and escalation complex matters to the Team Lead or Manager when required.
Maintain accurate customer records, correspondence, and documentation filing systems.
Support audit and SOX compliance activities through proper documentation and record management.
Assist customers, Sales, and Account Management teams with order-related enquiries and issue resolution.
Promote and support B2B connectivity initiatives, including customer onboarding activities.
Monitor system performance issues and work closely with IT teams to drive timely resolution.

Requirements

An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experienced in a customer-facing role with a strong service mindset.
Able to support Europe region customers during the designated shift hours.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience working with Oracle R12 ERP , International Trade Controls Systems, and Shipping Systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications , particularly Excel.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Experience working in an SAP environment .
Prior experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or related functions will be highly advantageous.
