Job Responsibilities

Responsible for processing user reservation‑related data and promptly addressing and resolving various data issues.
Monitor and analyze daily operational data and statistics, assist superiors in problem‑solving, and regularly propose optimization plans.
Perform domain‑related data checks, processing, and analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Resolve after‑sales issues, including domain backend operations and customer service‑related problems.
Coordinate and communicate across departments (such as Customer Service and Technical) to provide actionable improvement suggestions and complete product data processing and user feedback tasks.
Handle domain reservation requests, conduct detailed data reporting and analysis, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
Participate in system optimization and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Provide timely feedback on abnormal situations to ensure smooth communication between the platform and customers.
Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of working experience in the Internet, e-commerce industry or platform enterprise, familiarity with domain names and domain name industry is preferred.
Majors:
English, foreign trade, computer, Internet, marketing, e-commerce are preferred.
Have a strong sense of responsibility, good expression and communication skills, and a sense of teamwork.
Have good learning ability, communication skills, be positive and optimistic, have a strong enterprising spirit, and be passionate about the industry you are engaged in.
Have good data analysis skills and strong insight. Can make optimization suggestions for work processes and maintain feedback.
Have fluent English & Chinese communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders.

Working Hours

This role follows a rotating shift system with the following possible shifts:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (working onsite)
- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (working from home)
5 working days every 7 days with 2 days off.
