Service Operations Coordinator (German/French)
Cressier, Switzerland | Full-Time | Hybrid (1 Day Home Office)

A well-established Swiss engineering manufacturer is looking to appoint a Service Operations Coordinator to join its growing after-sales team.

This is a key role at the heart of the service operation, ensuring customers, field service technicians and internal departments remain aligned to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the day-to-day activities of field service technicians
• Planning service interventions and managing schedules
• Handling customer enquiries, quotations, service orders and confirmations
• Coordinating materials, spare parts and logistics for service activities
• Acting as the main point of contact between customers, technicians and internal teams
• Managing service administration from enquiry through to completion using ERP and CRM systems
• Supporting the continuous improvement of service processes

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy service environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

You are likely to have:

• Experience in service coordination, customer service, operations support or sales administration
• Experience with in an industrial, manufacturing or technical business
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using ERP and/or CRM systems
• A proactive and customer-focused approach

• Fluent German (ideally Swiss-German)
• Fluent French
• Experience working in a technical or industrial environment
• Based within commuting distance of Cressier or willing to relocate
