In this pivotal role, you will manage a Mid-Market portfolio while ensuring customer renewals and driving expansions within Bio Render's SaaS environment. Your focus will be on building strategic partnerships, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and aligning our platform with the needs of scientific workflows. This position requires independence and a proactive approach to customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a Mid-Market customer book for renewals and expansion

• Build trusted relationships with scientific and operational stakeholders

• Identify risks and growth opportunities proactively

• Drive customer adoption and value based on workflows

• Support onboarding and training while emphasizing time-to-value

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management

• Experience in full lifecycle customer relationship management

• Strong engagement skills with senior stakeholders

• Familiarity with Customer Success metrics and analytics

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences preferred
